Services
I provide individual therapy for adults (18 and older) in California. I am not licensed in any other state, so I am unable to work with you if you’re not in California.
I prefer to meet with people once or twice each week, because I think that helps us deepen into your concerns and work together on your goals.
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
I offer therapy for people throughout California via telehealth using secure video conference. I also offer therapy in-person at my office in Oakland on Mondays.
I provide therapy in Spanish, English, and Spanglish.

What therapy with me is like
Our time will be spent talking about who you are, how you became you, what you are experiencing now, and your dreams and the life you long for.
We will attune to how you see the world and to your patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. We’ll spend time exploring how your past has shaped you and how you have needed to be to survive. And we’ll tend to the ways you are hurting and disconnected from your self and your body, and imagine towards more freedom and aliveness.
My clinical style is curious and non-directive, and I don’t have a set structure for sessions. We will start with whatever is on your mind, follow your lead, and move at your pace.
I am a real person in the session with you, and will listen actively and reflect honestly. People I work with tend to find me calm, caring, and genuine. I know that healing and change can happen in safe, authentic relationships, and I will work to build that with you within the structure of therapy.
